Can we do a makeup class if we miss?
There are no makeups offered for missed sessions. We have a strict 8:1 player to coach ratio that we keep for all training sessions. Players cannot attend classes they are not scheduled for because we schedule coaches based on class sizes.
How can my child move up class levels?
Coaches are consistently watching all players as they work to improve. Coaches are looking for specific skills to be able to move players up. Once a coach feels that a player is ready, they will notify the parents. If you feel that your child is ready, coaches are open to talking with parents about skills that players can work on to move up levels.
How do I cancel my membership?
ALL memberships require a 30-day written cancellation notice. You can simply send an email to the location that your child attends stating you are canceling. All future installments outside of the 30-days will be removed.
Can I get credit or a refund for a missed session/event?

Can I have a free trial class?
We do offer one free trial class per player, so contact the location you are interested in attending for more information.
If a session has already started, can I still sign up?
Yes, all classes are continuous and you can join at any time. Memberships will be prorated based on when you sign up during the month.
Do I have to stay in classes for a certain amount of time before I can cancel?
No, you can cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day cancellation notice.
Are there any additional fees?
For Skills Memberships, there is an annual $99 membership fee that covers insurance, NIKE shirt, and NIKE shorts.
What is the difference between a Skills Membership and a Shooting Membership?
Skills memberships are for players who are wanting to attend weekly training sessions. This includes skills training, shooting club, and 3on3 league sessions. These sessions are in a small group setting with coaches that maintain an 8:1 player to coach ratio. These memberships are offered based on how many training sessions per week the player attends.
Shooting memberships are for players who want to shoot on our Shoot-A-Way Guns in our Shooting Center. This is for individual players looking to shoot many reps and improve their form. These memberships are based on how many 30-minute sessions the player would like to have per month.
If I don’t use all of my shooting minutes, can I use them next month?
No, shooting membership times do not rollover to the next month. You can always downgrade your membership with a 30-day notice if needed.
How can I book a Birthday Party at an EHB location?
You can book a birthday party by contacting the specific location you are interested in attending. Most options are going to be on Saturday afternoons due to our busy training schedule. The cost per birthday party is based on the number of children attending.
Can I rent a court?
We do allow teams to rent a court if we have the availability to do so. We do not allow any personal trainers to rent court time. Please contact the location you are interested in renting for more information.
Will my child’s class end at the end of the season (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer)?
Classes do not end when a season ends. All classes are continuous and your child will remain in the same class unless a cancellation notice is provided or
there has been communication that the child is moving to a different class. Classes are subject to change, but you will be notified and be given the chance to change classes.
