CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/CREDITS/MAKEUPS for SKILLS MEMBERSHIPS

 

Month-to-Month Membership

Members enrolled in a Month-to-Month Membership may cancel at any time by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.

  • Membership dues are processed on the 1st of each month.
  • To avoid being billed for the following month, your written cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to the next billing date.
  • If your cancellation notice is received fewer than 30 days before the next billing date, one final monthly payment will be processed, and your membership will remain active through that paid billing period.
  • Once the required notice period has been fulfilled, your membership will be cancelled, and no future membership dues will be charged.

12-Month Commitment Membership

Members enrolled in a 12-Month Commitment Membership agree to maintain their membership for the full 12-month term.

  • Early cancellation is not permitted during the initial 12-month commitment period.
  • Membership dues remain due for the duration of the agreement, regardless of facility usage.
  • At the conclusion of the 12-month commitment, your membership will continue or renew according to the terms of your Membership Agreement unless notice is provided as outlined in your agreement.

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS FOR SINGLE SESSION or STAND ALONE EVENTS

In the event of a player cancellation 48 hours or more before the first day of the event, you will receive a full refund minus the lesser of $20 or 50% of your event fee.

In the event of a player cancellation 48 hours or less before the first day of the event, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Credits are given only for documented injuries upon notification at least 48 hours in advance of the event.

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/CREDITS for NIKE BASKETBALL CAMPS

If you have to cancel for any reason, we will issue you a camp voucher for all camp fees paid, valid through the following camp summer. Your camp voucher is transferable to any family member and may be used in the sport that you are initially registered in. Cash refunds will be given only with the purchase of Cancellation Protection.
