This week we held another NIKE Boys Basketball Camp at Smyrna Community Center.  Coach Cam Dailey directed an outstanding week of camp that focussed on the fundamentals of the game and getting 1% better everyday. The coaches had an awesome time working with and helping to enhance all of the campers skills! Coach Chris, Coach Ervin, and Coach Aaron led a great week of camp filled with skill development and lots of fun. Campers also enjoyed putting forth a great effort during all of the 3 on 3 drills and scrimmages instructed by Coach Kristian, Coach Austin, and Coach Sam. In the classroom, Coach Sam Daniels went over screens, cuts, and proper shooting technique. The boys gave great energy in every drill and it was fun to be a part of such hard workers and lively players. The campers also enjoyed a little friendly competition when Coach Cam allowed a couple 1 vs 1 call out games throughout the day. They also showed fantastic teamwork and had a lot of fun together. Thank you to everyone who attended and gave it their all. We hope to see you back this Summer to train with our Elite Hoops Staff!

This week we traveled to Cumming, Georgia where Coach Khalil held an awesome week of camp at South Forsyth Middle School! The coaches led a super fun week of camp filled with skill development and lots of activities. The girls gave full effort in every drill and it was fun to be a part of such a hard working group. Coach Khalil often praised them for their high energy and great attitude. Coach Imani led the classroom session, where the girls discussed basketball terminology and life skills. Coach Ridge and Coach Taylor instructed the 3 on 3 portion of the day that included learning proper ball movement and spacing. Coach Rachel and Coach Ervin improved the girls ball handling techniques during their skill development sessions. During the games, the girls also showed fantastic teamwork and had a lot of fun together. This was a very successful week and the players all improved over the course of the week! We appreciate the girls giving their all every single day and allowing us to be a part of such a fun camp. This week we held another NIKE Boys Basketball Camp at EHB Basketball Club in Chamblee, Georgia.  This camp, directed by Coach Khalil, focussed on the fundamentals of the game and getting 1% better everyday. The coaches had an awesome time working with and teaching all of the campers! Coach Ed and Coach Sydney led a great week of camp filled with skill development and lots of fun. Campers also enjoyed working with the shooting gun and the VertiMax, instructed by Coach Reed and Coach Claude. In the classroom, Coach Hickman went over screens and cuts and proper shooting with videos from the pros. The boys gave full effort in every drill and it was fun to be a part of such an energetic and lively group. They also showed fantastic teamwork and had a lot of fun together. This week we held our first ever Academy NIKE Boys Basketball Camp for grades 1st-5th.  This camp really focussed on the fundamentals of the game and getting 1% better everyday. We held an awesome week of camp at the Elite Hoops Basketball Club! Coach Chris led a great week of camp filled with skill development and lots of fun. Campers had a great time enhancing their skills and even learning the length of the basketball court (94 feet). Coach Dean went over screens and cuts and proper shooting with videos from the pros.  The boys gave full effort in every drill and it was fun to be a part of such an energetic and lively group. They also showed fantastic teamwork and had a lot of fun together. We gave two awards this week (Coaches & Mascot). These awards were based on energy, attitude, work ethic and drive. Congratulations to Henry & Jonathon! Thank you to everyone who came out and gave it there all.. even Charlie. We hope to see you back this Summer to train with Coach Dean and our Elite Hoops Staff!
